Returned hearing aids must be in good condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to reduce or reject the refund for any missing or damaged items
⏱️ When Does the 30-Day Period Start?
It begins on the day your order is delivered. Just make sure your return is delivered within 14 days of your return request.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty on arrival or incorrect
🔧 Warranty Repairs
If something goes wrong with your hearing aid, we’re here to help. Send it to our UK depot and we’ll handle the repair with the manufacturer directly.
Return shipping to and from us is your responsibility, and when the repair is done, we will return your hearing aids free of charge.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not include accidental damage, water damage, or issues due to misuse.
All returns are sent via tracked, insured services—because your hearing aid deserves to be handled with due care.
